How to turn a photo into a realistic painting with Photoshop

Open the image you want to download to edit.

Step 2:

Select Filters – Filter Gallery – Artistic – Plastic Wrap. Set the value as shown below.

Then go to Filters – oil paint. Set the value as follows.

Sign in again to Filters – Sharpening – Smart Sharpening. Set the value as shown below.

Step 5:

use Doge tool to lighten the part exposed to light Soft round brush, Range: Shadow and Exposure : 20%.

Step 6:

Use too Burning tool to darken an image that should be dark with Exposure : fifteen%.

Step 7:

Added Filter – noise – reduce noise. Set the value as shown in the picture.

Step 8:

To add a paint effect To make it look more realistic, add effects texture ie go to Filters – Filter Gallery – Texture – Texturizer. Set the value as shown in the picture.

Step 9:

completion that is, by giving color, it goes to AShift Djusmen and choose Color balance Set the value as follows.

Step 10:

Create a new layer and flush it with you Paint bucket with colors as below.

So the result is as follows:

Finally, change the new layer to earlier Overlay an off-cityits 24%.
