GridGames.ID – The second round of the 2022 NEXT Tournament finally ended in a fairly long time.

A total of 16 high school category teams enthusiastically played in the second round of the tournament organized by HAI x GridGames.ID.

The tournament, which is supported by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, aims to develop talent in the field of tourism eSports and an interest in the exploitation of various Indonesian arts and cultures.

The Mobile Legends competition in the second round is still using the BO 1 system where one match determines victory.

Finally, 8 teams were filtered that were ready to face the third round or the quarter-finals which became the deciding round for the semi-finals.

The winners who will succeed in winning this tournament will receive millions of rupiah in prizes, medals, and much more.

Here are the 8 SMA category teams that won the second round along with the schedule for the quarter-finals:

This preliminary round will be made live streaming on GridGames.ID’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts.

This tournament will last for two days, May 24-25 which will also feature a cosplay competition.

Not only that, there will also be a seminareSports As a Future’ with Daylen Saints Indo, Adrian ‘AP’ Pauline as CEO of RRQ, and Dom Kardono as special staff of the Minister of Communication and Media of the Ministry of Tourism.
