Andi Arief Ledek KLB North Sumatra was unable to register with Kemenkumham

LIMAPAGI – Chairman of the Election Victory Board (Bappilu) of the Democratic Party DPP Andi Arief mocked the leadership of the Democratic Party for the Moeldoko camp as a result of the Extraordinary Congress of Deli Serdang (KLB), North Sumatra (North Sumatra).

According to Andi, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) will not accept the management’s registration. “Tragically, the Deli Serdang KLB has not registered,” Andi said via his Twitter account @AndiArief_ID on Tuesday, May 16, 2022.

Andi said the KLB’s findings, held by a number of Democratic Party firing cadres such as Jhonny Allen and Marzukie Ali, did not meet registration requirements for legal persons formation and changes in the leadership of political parties in 2022.

“The registration cannot be edited because it does not meet the requirements, so it does not have access and no electronic registration password,” he said.

He said the KLB not only failed to register, but also embarrassed the public. “Not only did the coup fail, it was embarrassing in public,” he concluded.

Andi is of the opinion that the North Sumatra KLB cannot present any evidence to the party court in the registration process. Therefore, Kemenkumham will not process the management of the KLB results.

As is known, the management of the North Sumatra KLB results was registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on Monday, May 15, 2022. The management appointed Moeldoko as general chairman of the North Sumatra KLB version of the Democratic Party. **
